Visa Grant Delay 189

Yes, let’s all wait for at least of this week to get pass this Nov change or the update… May be the processing time lines that we see in our immi account will be reduced drastically… Hope for the best…

Check this case I think this is totally fake. What’s your opinion guys?

BTW is there any specific quota for PR grants to be given country wise? For instance I have noticed that majority of applications from India if not all are not processed or considered yet post Feb 2019 month. Is there something like that or its 189 SC visa grants don’t have any country wise preference while issuing grant? My guess is it does but other folks can share their opinion too.

Yes, I agree with you. But why does there anyone bother making a fake CO contact date, weird, what’s the point?

3 contacts for what details please

I have a case on 31st Jan but still no case officer contact.

I don’t know why this is happening, but this guy was saying this is correct. I think the guy lodged 190 visa not 189 visa.

Lets all try to avoid CO contact and upload as much documents as possible. There’s no penalty for uploading extra documents. Avoiding CO contact should reduce processing time for everyone else.

People who are working in DHA are also humans they can even miss any documents while checking ours application we should be positive that people get grants in the end.

Lets hope to witness that day very soon. The wait is killing for sure. Can totally understand your frustration. Hold tight.

I am relaxed there is a time of everything so it will come on our time not before not after

Any impact on Australia PR grant if an applicant resigned and updated the IMMA account with exp letter from the last employer and is currently on a break from work? Also, most of the consultancies and visa groups suggest it has no impact on visa grant processing. Share you thoughts…

See, i also had this similar query and i talked to my consultant, i was getting promotion and my job title wad changing, so i talked to my consultant and they said, we have to update DHA about it, and when we update it, the CO might ask for new roles and responsibilities letter, and if role and responsibilities are different than the current anszco code for which i have applied PR, they may ask or raise concern like why i changed the job profile, which may cause further and unnecessary communication to and fro and can delay it, so i said no for the promotion ( trust me it hurts a lot, plus the company don’t take you seriously) Although i also had this doubt/question that if i have already claimed my points for a specific period of experience why should this matter? We can’t be on same situation for years or if the PR is taking time, should i stop my life ? Anyways, now back to your concern, in my view, it totally depends on CO, at max what he can ask you is the reason for taking a break or may do some verification with your employer or may post some other query to you, like bank statements to ensure salary is not credited, which ultimately may not cause any kind of harm, but may cause some delay because sometimes it happens that when CO contacts , they leave the file for some time and then comes back after some time (or may give grant next day as well when u respond, if rest all is fine)… This is just my view only and i might be wrong, and trust me for these kind of queries noone can give sure shot answer…

I got you point but i think it will have no bearing because all the letters like bank statements, payslips, relieving letter all have been shared with DHA. CO contact is there in case when these docs are not shared which you mentioned in your response. Thanks

well there are many cases where co checked and did not grant the visa because of these slow motion process.

For what kind of cases?

see if a person have no contact and get a DG after 10-12 months do you think his file is not checked by case officers in that case what do you think the why grant hold .

Yes if an applicant is waiting for grant for 6-8 months and didn’t get a CO requirement. Then its a good thing and implies that the applicant documentation is good and is more or less likely to get Direct Grant…
