Every time they mention about some upgrade, we hope something will happen with respect to our grants. But so far nothing meaningful has happened.
I wish at least this time, they consider people who have really spent lot of time, money, hard work and got the required points based on their eligbility get their grants without any further delays.

Bro two months back I submitted a complaint feedback but till date, they did not replied to me this time, however during previous feedbacks I got reply from their side. But this time nothing so far. Do I again submit a feedback???
Nowadays they don’t reply to any Visa status enquiry. But for certain critical issues, they do reply or take action. A few days ago, someone complained about HAPID not being active even after the CO contact, they activated immediately.

Hey Guys… I have received GOLDEN email (GRANT) today.
Before sharing my journey, I would like to say “Thanks to you guys”. I have read all the comments/sign the petition and did all the things, which you guys suggested.
Lodgement date – 29-Mar-2019
Immi commence email – 03-Mar-2020
Then after there was nothing, I was in the same boat with you. After receiving immi commence email, I did not take any action. Process was slowed because of pandemic.
Frustration was on peak. I was in touch with my sister, who stays in Melbourne. We did contact one MARA agent and consulted her. She advised me to raise FOI with specific details (asking for all documents).
FOI – 18-Sept-2020
FOI reply – received – 19-Nov-2020
With reference to FOI reply, I came to know that it is a points tested skilled 189 visa and my employment verification pending from employer. EV-15 points were pending. As per MARA agent, this is the reason; and because of this, I have received “immi commence email”.
After this, I have started sending email to SKILLED.MIGRATION with a request to resend email to my employer for verification. Every month I am sending with all required documents (adding salary slips, increment/promotion letters), which can verify my employer verification email.
On 15th Feb’2022 – I have received CO contact (s56) asking for PCC, medical and Form80. They have also send an email to my employer for verification (same day).
I have replied to CO on 28th Feb’2022
