I am getting mixed response from agents. Getting bva once onshore is not a problem if you previously have bva but getting visitor visa approval is the main issue because of already lodged pr application.

Same here bro. Agents and lawyers aren’t sure about this either. This is an unprecedented situation and visitor visa is our only shot. But unfortunately visitor visa is not drafted to fit our purpose, hence agents and lawyers are not committing anything. Best to wait for Nick to present our case and see if DHA can throw some hints to approve the visitor visas in case we apply.

Without look into visa files
they are making statement that visa delaying because of incomplete file
however maximum applicants do not ever had CO contact. disappointed from their lies. shame on these people

I wrote to the immigration minister, but I guess that doesn’t matter. Regardless what you write, where you right, they have generic template ready for every concern.

Hey bro. What reason did you mention in your visa application? I’m afraid if we say we are going to collect our belongings they might apply condition 8503 which wouldn’t allow us to apply bridging or any other visa.
