It is not from DHA, since he’s MARA, he has quite a few clients and so he just guessed the trend for the applications he has lodged. Don’t get confused, it is not an info from the Dept.
Visa Grant Delay 189
This info isn’t from DHA. My friends own opinion, you can say. But he’s very experienced in the field.
We can’t predict anything at this stage. If you see any update in immitracker, then only we can say something is moving. Hope we will get our grants soon.
Hi guys, just need to double confirm: “if I travel on a bridging visa B, my application will be halted until I get back to Australia” is this correct? Thank you
Hi Sam
Not everyone logs their case in ImmiTracker, specially who have applied through agent. Maybe majorities do create a case but not a hundred percent of the applicants do.
Thanks for your wish!
Hi Jxie
That’s what I always knew, maybe worth giving a call to dept. to get the accurate information.
Thanks!

Hello guys! I just signed up in immitracker. I lodged my visa on Dec 1, 2018 ANZSCO - 263111. Received an “immi assessment commence email” on 28Feb,2019. My status still shows up as “received”. Anyone else on here waiting from last year?
Thanks
Hello, same here, i am also in 263111 and lodged on 8th Dec. 2018…CO contacted on 19th March, i replied on same day, since then complete silence :)…
Hang in there my friend.I know the wait has been long. Hopefully it comes through soon. Cheers!
Thanks, Please do update here whenever there is any update or grant for you…
Sure thing. Will do.
I don’t think so, I lodged January this year and my waiting period was changed to 18-33 months which is contrary to your information.

the current status is FURTHER ASSESSMENT.
SkillSelect results for October out if anyone is interested - 1500 189 Invites
https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skillselect/invitation-rounds
This is good news… At least we have little hope now that our application will be processed… no matter when
yes, they have sent out 1500 new invitations for 189 visa applicants in the month of October 2019. Current 189 visa applicants waiting from last Nov/Dec till data ( at least 5000-6000 applicants, could be more, i am not sure…) are still waiting for their grants or CO contacts, and now, new invites have been sent out, only home affairs can explain the situation better, i have read some where that a newsletter will be issued at the end of december, hopefully they may explain the processing times vs invites vs delay scenario better.
any stats on the no of grants ?
i was contacted in early july, reply back on 22nd july, and my status is also FURTHER ASSESSMENT. hope we get our visa grants soon.
