I had an agent. At the time that officer came to my case, there was no assessment evidence uploaded and without any comment officer decided to refuse me. No communication has happened.

so whose mistake is this assessment evidence mean work experience documents not uploaded you claimed the points and you did not attached the evidence

Perhaps, He means evidence of assessment from assessing authority e.g. Vetasses, EA was missing.
