I have recieved second query for 189 VISA applied on 9th March 2019. The first query was to submit medical doc, and was submitted on 10th April 2019

The second query recieved on 19th Feb 2020, is S56 - regarding more photo evidence of my kid, as medical officer did not recognise. I have submitted the details, today itself and now the status is changed to Further Assessment.

Any idea, if this will be sorted this year ??

Hi, you mean to say the case officer contacted you (your agent) for supporting documents and your agent didn’t respond in time leading to this result?. What is your agent’s say on this?

Today being 20th day of the month, Did processing time changed for anyone? DHA site doesn’t reflect any change though…

As per the current trends If CO contacts in Jan or Feb 2020, may take 1-40 days to finalize if no further docs needed. So u will get ur grant very soon ! Good luck :+1:t4:

Please clarify with your agent as its not possible that CO refused ur visa application without Requesting further docs and did not give you any reason.

Any prediction on March 31st 2019 applicants having Anzcode - 261312 developer programmer with no CO contact so far? Lodgment date -31st march 2019 PCC date -25 feb 2019 Medical -09-April -2019. Inputs appreciated here

Finally …with blessing of god…the day has come when I received the golden mail after 353 days of wait. Date of lodgement: 04/03/2020 Co contact : 20/01/2020 IED : 20/02/2021

u will get CO contact in next few days Or weeks if further docs needed , otherwise direct grant ! March , April and May 2019 applicants are currently getting CO contacts or direct grants ! Stay positive!

I know y u r asking bcause ur PCC and medicals are going to expire soon ! u may or may not be asked to redo it ! It up the CO , many got grants without renewing PCC . Stay positive :+1:t4:

PCC will complete one year on 25 feb 2020 and my medical expires on April-09-2020. Plus my agent told me to new pcc not needed so i am not doing it right.So fingers crossed :slight_smile:

Hi All,

I Lodged my 189 in Oct 2019. I have one year work experience from October 2018 to Oct 2019. In my EOI, I mentioned the start date as 8th of Oct 2018, but the company reference letter says 9th of Oct 2018. I am still working in the same company. Will it cause an issue? Thank you.

Since you don’t have contact you can expect direct grant anytime by end of feb

If I update my application with new PCC then does it make any difference to the date of application lodge? I mean to say is do I have to wait from starting again??

Not at all, EOI and visa application process is totally different. Uploading docs to visa application does not make any difference to the date of lodgment. Now no further CO contact for new PCC U may get direct grant if no further docs required👍🏽
