Are you single applicant?
Wife, 2 kids
Same case with me dear. Waiting since Dec 14th 2018.
Hi Arun
You can upload additional documents under Secondary Applicants > Other section. However, you can’t delete any uploaded documents.
Thanks!
Thanks Ahmed.
I was asked by DHA to reply back to the same email with the documents.
Your job code and points?
Hi Parveen,
Have you got your grant? What’s your lodgement date?
Hi, Not yet, 8 Dec 2018…
As quoted by Ahmed, you can upload documents under secondary applicants other documents section
Hi All, I am a salient follower of this group and I want to share something with you regarding my wife pr visa application 189 occupation code: 263111 Date of invitation: October 2018 Date of application lodgement: 14 Nov 2018 first case officer contact date: March 2019 ( medical and character certificate ) CAE Advanced test pass date: August 2018 with grade A When my wife lodge application then CAE advance test is valid at the time of lodgement but unfortunately this test result is withheld by Cambridge on Dec 5, 2018, and my wife is so surprised and try to contact center and Cambridge many times but no positive response received from Cambridge as well as center my wife decided to reappear in CAE Advance test again and achieve the desired result. Finally, reappear in the CAE test in March 2019 and again pass in grade A and send the result to the Department of Home Affairs in April 2019 with an undertaking to explain the above situation. But Dept sends a refusal letter to my wife along with me and two kids in May 2019 and informs that the CAE test result is not acceptable which is undertaken after an invitation to apply time. But after two months( August 2019) Dept send an email to my wife that refusal of your application is due to jurisdiction error and send ur consent along with ur husband to set aside the decision and assess the application further and we have sent the same to Dept and our decision to refusal reverse in immi account and status show further assessment. Recently my wife received an email from Dept s57 natural justice and the same clarification demand case officer about Cambridge advanced result as discussed above. Further case officer also points out that your husband means my employment is not in the company which u mentioned in application form verify through an open-source information collection. I am a professional chartered accountant and provide services in different companies and my wife just show in one company where is I am CFO and profit-sharing employee and I also do the job in part-time in the company of my wife with the same designation CFO with 14 hours per week (salaried base) and therefore Dept doubt about my wife employment and ask the natural justice regarding above two points( CAE Advance test and my employment detail) I think dept gather information through Linkedin where my profile not updated and only shows the experience of my wife company. I need help with this regards if any guide me how we reply to this letter
can Anyone tell Me Whats the Cut off point for feb 2020?
Latest DHA backlog of undecided GSM applications as of 31/12/2019 (includes main applicant and family members) 189 (NZ) 4,212 189 (points test) 8,368 491 (family) 54 (Source: DHA)
Hello, I have a question; I have already been contacted by CO for some additional documents, I sent them. Is it common for a CO to come with unrelated requests second time? Or do they go through the case and ask for only missing stuff once only?
– Occupation -> 261313 Software Engineer – Points Score -> 75 – EOI effect date -> 06/02/2019
This forum has been a great support in such unpredictable circumstances. All the best everyone!
One of my friend’s who had applied via an Agent and got her grant was informed by her Agent that it is important to have the LinkedIn Profile updated with at least basic information like company, duration and designations held, in sync with the data filled in the visa application, Form 80, ACS, etc. as it helps the CO with employment verification. Just FYI, if it can help any of us.
@NandgoestoAus @roomi @Gurpreet123 and all others waiting since 2018 or long time, what about you ?is your LinkedIn profile updated? In my case it was not updated, few companies were missing, job titles and roles and responsibilities all were random and not in sync with what i mentioned in ACS, because i never paid attention on LinkedIn after 2014, that might be the reason for more verification and delay
Hey Parveen…Mine is updated. Didn’t know the linkedin will be checked but mine is updated anyway I haven’t updated any roles or responsibilities…Just the titles
Can you please connect with me on parveen.smarty@gmail.com (not my official id ) i created only for this forum only…
In my case everything was messed up, even the title were wrong because i just put noc engineer whereas i mentioned senior engineer in ACS and few companies were also missing
