Visa Grant Delay 189

I had another question. After CO contact, are we last in queue again ? :expressionless: OR do they process as soon as we respond?

nobody knows my friend. their lack of transparency is quite frustrating. for all i know, some have received grants within hours after responding so it basically ranges from a few days to a few months. I have been waiting for 3 months since responding to co now.

Congratulations
if i m not wrong you applied on Nov18. Wow :star_struck:

Congratulations!!! What was wrong with your PCC

Hi, i got a CO assigned today and they’re requesting Australian Federal Police Clearances to be uploaded. I originally uploaded these for my family in June last year and they are still valid (i.e. the date on the police clearances is April 2019, so less than 12 months ago). Are they expecting me to redo the Australian Police checks or should i upload my existing (and still valid) police checks? We’ve been living in Australia for the last 2 years so maybe they want up to date checks before approving PR?

not in my case. I only uploaded the final piece of document yesterday and today they sent out the grant.

I had too many PCCs to send (UK, NZ, HK, AUS) and some expired before grant.

i would suggest just redoing it. they have been continuously asking for documents that have been submitted initially whether they are still valid or not. maybe they just overlooked it.

Congrats to all those who received grants!

Hoping that in the queue will receive soon.

Based on the thread I see that the grants are for accounts, engineers and developers. Has any got for other streams?

Mine is systems analyst.

Nice  And you have submitted police check and medical proactively. without any CO contact right

You should resubmit same. Since they’re still valid.

wouldn’t it be a good idea to make a new one though? april is only 2 months away and who is to say it is not going to take them another couple months to reopen the file again? just my thought.

i guess it’d be better to submit the one in hand and get working on making a new one.

Hi everyone!

My partner and I have gotten our grants today! A definite surprise given the pace of grants in the last few months

Congrats! How many points?

Thanks.

CO contacted me last week of December

He had 80 points to get EOI invite

I’ve done exactly that, resubmitted the old ones and paid for new ones that should be ready in a couple of days.

Hey has anyone lodged a complain as we can see there is no pattern of granting Visa. People from march who are still waiting for their grant which is almost more then 315 days are now by passed . This system of granting visa has no sequence and utter crap .
