I could not resist myself from replying. I dont know why, I think you are doing this on purpose. Please ntrikann, already we have lots of negativity and harsh things in this world and around us. We don’t know who has what on stake, may be for sm1 PR is very much required. Please have patience. I think it would be good that you should become silent reader for some time. People come here for help, information and to know what is the trend. It could demotivate them and might spoil their mood as well for whole day. Hope is everything. Section 63 of the migration act says your grant can be refused any time after you lodge the visa. So it is indeed plausible that you’re waiting for 2 years without CO contact and then you come to know you’re not getting the grant.

I received the "immi assessment commence " email on Feb 28,2019. The email states that my application isunder process. It should also be noted that not everyone receives this email. I think it depends on the Case officer.

ntrikann it does says that they can refuse but definatly they will inform its information act and they have make contact for any further information when there is no contact then it means they will process it and mostly people who are waiting long have got email in some shape either asked for further proof or was told that their visa application is under process so that means there might be some difficulty in verfying the status or some thing so we need to see and show the positive end of every thing not to look for negative things that too half truth things and demoralise people so better is to keep quite or give complete information sorry

Brother, I guess immiaccount commence mail is received by most people who submit the applications. Even I too recieved it.
