Congrats! BTW, What’s IED stand for? So based on your case, can I confirm there is no influence if you applied for BVB and travel overseas? The grants pace will not be impacted? Am I right?

IED - Initial Entry Date. This is when DHA knew that applicant is not in Australia at the time of GRANT. As far as I know, BVB doesn’t have any impact on visa processing.

initial entry date -IED Yes 189 can be granted offshore and onshore as i applied onshore and got the direct grant offshore on BVB

My daughter’s medicals has expired post visa lodgement, is there a way i could get her medicals done again proactively to avoid co contact and possibly get direct grant ?

I would suggest that you wait for CO contact. Assuming that the health examinations are valid for a year, my health examinations had expired by 4 months when I got the visa grant. However, I was not asked to resubmit new health examinations.

Processing time brought down to 13 months. Its already been 14 months for me. Its getting even more frustrating.

Is anyone notice!! They asked for spouse’s functional english from most of people. Even we submit!! Dont know why they they are so blind.

Same opinion with Petphilips. As per cases shared by the fellows, sometimes they won’t ask for health assessment again even it has expired. So I suggest that you can wait for CO or Direct grant as well.

Are we all loading this proof in wrong section ? Where did you load Functional English proof ? Under Primary applicant --> Partner skills, evidence of OR under Spouse --> Skill Assessment, evidence of ? I was not asked for this yet but your post made me think about this.
