What is the difference between Immigration agent and Immigration lawyer?
One can become an immigration consultant/agent relatively quickly by attending courses and getting a license.
Lawyers are usually more experienced, they have a formal law degree and have been practicing law (not necessarily immigration, but usually) and usually have longer experience.
