Processing Time
75% of applications: Unavailable due to low volume of applications.
90% of applications: Unavailable due to low volume of applications.
I don’t know whether it is a good news or bad news.

When do they usually change the processing time monthly? 20th?
Mine is still showing 12 months, i think it is for another subclass and not 189
The quick grants that happened the day before could possibly be due complaints with Ombudsman? And now sudden change in processing time is bizarre!! What you think guys?

No idea, My heart becomes cold and cold even if the weather is 40 degree
Friends i suspect , because of they declared holiday till Jan 2 they changed the status to “Unavailable due to low of application” They will resume the work on Jan2. so better not panic

@Karthikrajit Possibly… Most Gov offices re-open 6 Jan. Can’t believe it’s festive atmosphere around us and only thing we want for Christmas is our grants. Hope Santa is listening .

Well I am yet to receive a reply from the Ombudsman on my application on review of decision. Also the FOI office hasn’t come back with information on how DHA prioritises applications.
There are no grants reported today in immitracker as well.
I have tried to call immigration but they provided the standard reply as it is not known decision is made by department. I am not sure now how long we will be stuck hanging.
My immi tracker is still showing 12 to 20 months so may be we will not be impacted.
1 CO contact reported today so far but no grant.
Last year , 189 was granted on 28th Dec as well. so hopefully few lucky guys may receive Christmas gift .
