My agent told me that someone who has lodged in 2018 got CO contact for medical and PCC. He said another 491 applicant also received the same CO request.

Hi All,
I am going for Medical tomorrow but I just realized that my HAP ID has been generated with old passport no with which I had applied 3 years back.
Now, the HAP ID paper contains my previous passport number which is expired.
Is it OK if I take the new and old passport both to the medical centre.
Will they still allow the medical to be done or will I have to get a new HAP-ID altogether?
