Visa Grant Delay 189

What’s the news about 189 visas for offshore candidates, I have been waiting since 30 months now. any light?

Looks like chemical engineering is in demand. Last 3-4 progress were in chemical engineering.

They are contacting the offshore people as well but in which pattern they are contacting them I don’t understand. Their working is not transparent. I am also waiting from almost 30 months. Application status is “received” since lodgement.

Their working style is a mystery. It should be First in first out. But for them it is first in last out.

Every day I read in newspapers and news channels that aus required a high number of overseas migration but their department is total unaware and doing completely different, i.e. cutting migration.

They are only inviting parents and partners now as a migrants.

Jan is around the corner…let’s see if they are interested in offshore or keen on ditching us. It will be clear by Jan end.

Waiting for almost 21 months and very much the same…

I want to make a meme. When other countries are making citizens get booster, AUS is happy with second dose haha.

We all know those so-called ‘boosters’ are just for comforting…Learning how to ‘sensibly’ Co-exist with this virus is instead the inevitable trend…unless the whole world wants to keep suffering from incessant and FORCED lockdowns just like how communist China been doing to its ppl lol

Can this be considered as a good news that NSW has listed onshore and offshore candidates in the same category? Before their eligibility criteria was only for onshore candidates but now it is for both onshore and offshore. Can this be seen as a positive step and end of discrimination between onshore and offshore? Please share your views.

Unpredictable DHA. Nothing is concrete.

states are totally different from DHA in their working.

Yes it was 1 year earlier.

There may be the chance they are planning to give grants from July 2021…nothing is sure… I dont want to be pessimist…but there is no transparency…not even a single email from DHA regarding our pending files…it is depressing,…i think it is the time to explore other options… Germany …Canada

Last financial year they ramped up 189 processing in January. Let’s see what they do in this coming January.

Immigration itself nowadays is indeed an expensive deal to seal…time & money…whichever option one decides to take…Canada, Germany…as long as one gets stuck up offshore…not an easy task
