Hi all, just been contacted by the CO and asked for a ‘Polio Vaccination Certificate’. Although, I have already responded to the request and provided the certificate that I took when I travelled to one of the impacted countries, but was wondering if anyone has information on obtaining this certificate in Australia (just in case they don’t accept the old one and ask for recent certification)?. Does anyone have any information on this? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
