very right… but I have another concern and surely have wd others who r about to complete 22 mnths timeline after 20th december. everytime, when I am about to cross the timeline then only the processing time updates and I then fall again in tht time limit. as on 31st dec, 632 days wl b completed but i m afraid that time wl be changed and probably wud increase. I got Feedback response that I m falling in the given processing time. visa lodged april 2019 category 224499 registered nurse co contact in sep.2020 fr redo medical pcc and spouse travel details docs submitted in october 12, 2020 waiting since then… thanku

Processing time is not an accurate prediction as it only shows the processing time for the applications decided in the month prior.

The following month it can show any random waiting time depending on the applications they picked up for decision. It can be either shorter or longer. So, it’s not a real indicator they’re actually deciding applications by age.

Don’t worry your occupation is in the priority list. It’s a matter of days for you to get a grant.

You’ll see a response on this on disclosure logs in few days.

Currently, there is one available and I posted it few days ago. It’s about direction 87 priority processing. You can get reassurance on your grant after reading that document.

I have suicidal thoughts on this delays. This ruthless delay is virtually killing me.

Just hang in there, there are many on the same boat. Its just something we have no control on, I have taken a break from chasing it up now. May be do the same and best of luck.

Seems like they changed the waiting period again and it decreased? against my expectations… or maybe it means nothing anymore

mate …don’t think challenges finished, once you got the pr…finding a good job, buying a home, giving installments are other challenges ahead… migrating to another country and starting for 0 is not an easy task…if you are thinking of suicide in such a small hurdle of life, you have to do suicide many times in future

Processing time is a joke. It was 5-8 months when I lodged my case and it’s been 17 months as of now and no contact from them.

Has anyone tried submitting a complaint if the application has exceeded the general processing time using the global feedback unit form found in the complaints/feedback and compliments page?. If so then what was the experience like and did it help?

They will reply that you fall in the remaining 10% :stuck_out_tongue:

If we requested detailed data on applications age we can work out the percentage of applications that have exceed any average decent processing time and have more grounds to back up a complaint and anticipate them with any general response.

Also we should note in a complain the covid delay and priority processing excuse.

As complaints have been futile for many I would rather, as I suggested before, provide them with a suggestion to enable Emedicals to get a new HAP ID to redo expired medicals or request to waive them for faster processing of applications affected by this delay and waiting long time.

Congratulation @Rabbit19. Light of Hope.

did he get a grant?

Guys, for 263111 I have got 75 points. Applied for EOI on 10/09/2020. What are the chances of getting an invitation? I have got 4 years and 6 months in ACS done this August, if I get it rechecked after 1-2 months, I can qualify for 5 points more that sums up to 80 points.

Any chances still?

75 for 189 80 for 190

Thanks in advance.

Congratulations!! @Rabbit19
