Oh don’t talk about reasons bro. They’ve got none. The system is trash. They have no justification or guidelines for resolving older applications and they’re purely a biased selective immigration system.

How? You have to submit certain docs to prove your points.
If they find problem with those documents, either they are doctored or fake… or someone concealed some information related to criminal/fraudulent activities.

So, you’re suggesting that cases that haven’t been picked up is because they’re fraudulent in some way.
But for how long you’ll have them unresolved.
My impression is they should refuse them straight away.
So, you’re trying to say that the ones who have been waiting for over a reasonable time are under suspicion of something wrong ?
This is odd though because there are many onshore applicants that may have most of their documents issued in Oz…maybe some overseas experience, diploma and police check issued overseas can be the problem, but having people graduated from aussie Universities, Australian experience, assessments are done here, this makes everything more straightforward for them.
I think we all kbow why we have all be waiting nearly 20 months. They have effectively suspended processing. It has nothing to do with this.
