Hopefully 5 months will be completed? But we don’t know how many pending cases point tested that’s on hand more than than 18 months?
Visa Grant Delay 189
NZ stream is separted
Why CO contacted you twice?..What did request each time?
We may need to request a more general one cases aged over 12 months.
First time for Medical check, Federal police check, my country police check (mistake with my passport number on the letter) and mistake on my Partner medical request form (wrong passport number) my partner couldn’t complete her medical check, we wait for few months, then contact them through GLobal Feedback Unit.
Is there negative effect if contact them through GFU? Coz I need them to correct those mistakes on forms b4 I can submit all the required docs. Otherwise, I can’t do anything with it.
Nz pathway is a sub-type of visa subclass 189 skilled independent. So when 189 skilled independent subclass is mentioned, with no distinction of sub-type, it includes both points tested and NZ pathway sub-type.
Did you get a response?..was that one the second CO contact?
The data shown distinguish between the two, point tested and NZ stream.
They are both shown in two different pages for the same application age request.
15 months passed…offshore RN category…status “received” from the lodgement day.
Yes they have corrected the mistake on my partner medical check form and my country police check letter but another mistake on the letter ( different name ) on the letter. Then contact them again. So it took me 4 months to complete everything and submitted all required docs.
Yea…my agent told me that late 2018 and early 2019 candidates have been asked fr repeat medicals and pcc since last 2 weeks…fr offshore ones…so ur predictions are right…@ Cachito
Prediction for those pending cases will be granted within this few months ?
Damn…
Did your agent say if offshore applicants have been contacted or only onshore?
Any particular occupations?
I think we are talking about different things.
I was discussing the below FOI’s, for month of july 2020, two different FOIs for 189 grant, having two different numbers. Second one is specific for points tested. First one is just189 subclass.
He told me that offshore hv been started fr medicals and pcc ( again) as my concern ws about offshore only
That’s really good to know. Any idea whether they have started processing non-medical fields for offshore now or only medical-related fields?
Also, did the agent inform from when/which month they have started offshore applicants processing?
Sorry for asking more queries:(
really?..that’s a good news…
I wish they were more transparent to be sure what is going on.
True. We’re talking about different data.
I found this one a bit narrow though.
The one I’m talking about shows cases on hand aged between 12 to 18 months. Some people are looking at this one as we have been waiting for so long and need to have the whole picture of the current situation.
