I am planning to call the DHA helpline soon. I know they won’t entertain me or will give template responses if I ask them about delay.
What would be a good story to force them to look into my case ? Can anyone pls suggest ?
no use I called today couple of time same answer wait your application is processing you have to wait .

Just a reminder but September to November 2019 only had 11 grants in total. I will take 110 grants in January and 20 grants in four days in February anytime over those three months. Things have improved dramatically. Keep your chin up and your grant (even if it is delayed) will come.

Invitation : 11th Jan 2019 Lodged : 14th Feb 2019 CO Contact : 18th Jun 2019 Replied with Data : 27th June 2019 Grant : 04 Feb 2020
To everyone who have been a part of this painful frustrating journey, I would like to wish you the very best. Hope all of you get your grants soon.
** Just one last thing today morning before getting the grant had called DHA, although they didn’t even ask for my application number as it hadnt crossed 13 months. So i am sure it may not have mattered. But if you are superstitious , give them a call.

Hi i have Applied my 189 application for 263111 in 20 feb 2019 with 80 points and get one CO contact and after that my application is showing further assessment And no response Anyone from same batch code Thanks in advance

I meant lodging PR visa
Hi, I lodged my 189 visa on 23rd feb 2019 for 263111 with 75 points, got immi Assessment commence email on 24th june 2019 and nothing after that… my application status in immi account says “Received”.

I am from pak. and lodged my 189 application onshore. I guess the way DHA work is this, once the case officer picks up a case, He sends verification requests to a set of different departments.
He has to receive green signals regarding health, security and character of an applicant from various departments. For some candidates these checks can take longer than average, depending upon which country’s passport you hold. That’s why some cases are delayed. . Moreover, the case officer has to take legal advice/opinion regarding each claim made about points. Some cases may be slightly more complex than others, in this regard too. That’s why some blokes are facing long delays.
I don’t think employment verification is such a big issue, and only a very few applications go through employment verification.
My 485 application has taken more than double the time it takes for 90% applications and still not decided. I hope my 189 case does not have to suffer such delays…
