Yeah… actually when I called DHA… she asked me the month on which I applied and then I saw @ymmf grant… waiting for mine… and finally!!

I understand, but most of us are on kind of same boat. Probably you may request with DHS reg delay, but that does not help much i reckon, all we need to do is wait (which we have been doing) for our day to get grant… Good luck with that

Give them a call … dont hang up till they get all your information from you and say that we have received your docs , nothing is pending …

It took me around 15 mins to convince her that there were technical issues in site when CO contacted and I dont even know whether my docs are uploaded and notified to CO.

I called many times they checked the file after some verification questions and said nothing outstanding on your application and one time when I called in june 2019 they said co has been assigned on your application and he do not any further documents and after around 8-9 time I have called they wait wait and only wait

Yes according to DHA site it was expired after 1 year… but I didnt renew it

Why were you waiting for CO contact when your PCC expired? Why would you risk waiting again after CO contact when you can get a direct grant by proactively uploading PCC

Also, I guess writing/finding out from HR Department to have a lookout for any e-mail from DHA regarding Employment Verification is maybe a good idea as in most big organisations these e-mails are mostly overlooked, I am also trying to find out in mine, which is another big chase :frowning:
