lodged offshore, waiting for grant while onshore.

did you got travel exemption for going onshore?

I am onshore since late Jan 19.

Anyone getting grant nowadays?

yes only onshore people

I have seen 2 offshore grants in one of the WhatsApp group in 1 week timeframe.

Hi @GurminderSingh, I just saw your message in mail but not able to find it immi tracker. One of the grant was for mechanical engineer who logged in 2020. However, yesterday grant was for person who logged in Nov 2019. He has uploaded the PCC again in Nov 2020. His medical was expired even though he got the grant.

hello veena. i deleted that post as i thought it might create negativity among forum readers. its good that they have started giving grants to offshore people as well.

Yeah lots of negativity around. However, latest grants have given me hope that something is happening for offshore candidates too. I am also thinking whether I should also re-do the PCC and upload it.

yeah thats a good idea. I have also done my pcc in march but havent uploaded it. I am thinking to upload it tomorrow. hope it helps.

Great, let’s hope it will help. Does you PCC has any end date? I was checking my PCC which was done in july 2019 but I do not see any end date in the PCC document. I read online that India PCC is valid for 6 months but it depends also on where you submitted your PCC. Do you have any idea regarding it?

its valid for one year.

no my pcc does not have any expiry date. it only has the date of issue. overseas pcc is valid for one year from date of issue.

Any offshore co contact recently?

Nothing is gonna happen for offshore at least till June 2022. Till then relax.

thanks for sharing some positive news

offshore applicant got a CO contact today to redo medicals. there’s still hope.
