Visa Grant Delay 189

hi bro, I got co contact in july 2019. But no reply after that. what co ask for employment verification to you.

Yes…I agree but the concern is this that aus wl make sure the extent of covid 19 in the home coutry of migrant before offering a grant…isnt it so? Coz if we see…aus is having gradual control on covid as compared to other nations

Many r like us here in this forum who have completed their time frame limit as proposed by immi.in terms of processing times

Whats that unit to complain? Does it make any difference? Also are you guys paying immi tracker for processing times analysis? I am thinking of buying it so that I can have more answers. Iam one of those waiting since december 2018, and last contact was december 2019 for my newborn son they asked for medical check as he became older than 6 months before grant. Did the health check within a week and havent heard back since December.

Hi Friends ! I got grant on March mid. Thanks for motivating me during my waiting periods. But now i’m stuck up again due to no flights.

Hi Friends and VISA Gurus,

I am delighted to inform, that I have received the golden email today, after exact one year of wait time. I got my 189 VISA invite on Feb 2019, however I was able to submit the documents on April 2019, and a medical submission in May 2019.

I was contacted by CO in Feb 2020 for “S56 query” wherein the details of my kids were required to be verified by a JP. I submitted a document, signed by Citizen which did not worked, and again I got a query in March 2020 after which I submitted a document in specific headers etc approved and stamped by JP, to finally receive the grant today.

Lesson Learnt

  1. Prepare the documents for worst possible query, for example in the s56 query I went with Citizen endorsement which is mentioned by S56 reponse, but in best possible scenario it has to be stamped by JP.
  2. Every day counts, do not prioritize any other work or lose focus while you are on the painful migration process.

Finally, thanks a lot for supporting me on this group and keep patience and try to end this migration journey with whatever best possible response and validated documents you could submit from your end, to ensure speedy response from home affairs team.

Thanks

Congrats! Please update immitracker

Congrats!!! Are you an onshore applicant or offshore?

I am not sure what to infer from this news!

Only time will tell!! Do they mean new applicants or the ones already in the system , that remains the question!

Yea… fingers crossed!

No idea…but yes…we ol r in much pain due to stress

2 Onshore grants reported today. Seems like Offshore grants will have to wait until the borders are open again - which may take another couple of months and then followed by country wise strategy based on Covid impact…let’s be hopeful and stay safe…we will get there!
