Hi Dear, I have received Passport request yesterday (Express Entry Outland). But the problem is now I am currently in Canada (Primary Applicant) and my spouse (secondary) in India. Is it possible, can I submit only my passport to CPC Ottawa and my spouse (secondary applicant) in Mumbai VFS office. Please suggest next step.

Yes, you can raise CSE, in the primary visa office where you are requested to submit the passports, explain your situation and they will advise on that. You also can call them at the same time to confirm that.

This is a common issue and many have done the same.
