@kkmumbai, my ANZSCO number is 233112 , Materials Engineer. why do you think i will never get NSW? According to immitracker, there are some 55 points who got +5 NSW SS for nomination. My ielts is 7,5 and studying for PTE-A but why is it impossible do you think?

@kubaza. its been more than a year that u have filed ur EOI, i guess that shud be ur first clue....and why delay PTE.. it just take 3 hours for the exam and results come out in 5 days.... if ur not in a hurry to go to australia, then u can take ur time and then give the exam

Hi , I am applying for NSW 190 visa with my spouse as Primary applicant for 261313 (Software Engineer) , she has 55 points with PTE 6 and i contribute 5 points with which we have 60 points as of now and looking fwd for 5 points for NSW SS. Points = 60 + 5 (NSW SS ). Will I be getting NSW SS . Can you please advise on this .

I have lodge for both 190 and 189 on 22 Nov 2016 and 5 DEC 2016 respectively. Skill set under Analyst programer with 5+ years of working experience. 189 - 60 points 190 (NSW) - 765 points Any idea when would i get invitation for either one of it . Thank you - Venkat

@kkmumbai bhai, EOI filed on 04/Apr/2016 ANZ Code 221111 (Acct. Gen.), Total Points 65+5 for NSW Points details as follows: Age 15 (above 40) PTE-A 20 (Score 86 (overall and above 79 in all)), Bachelor Degree 15 (Chartered Accountant and Associate CPA Australia), Experience 15 (As assessed by CPA Australia). Invite received on 18/Nov/2016, CO contacted on 29/Nov/2016 for Medicals only as I have updated all other documents by then. Now can you tell me when I can expect the Visa grant so that I can breathe easy?

@s.madan, I recommend that you should apply for SC 190 with yourself as primary as well. I does not harm at all if both partners have applied and they are claiming spouse points for each other. In my opinion, there are too many IT resources from India already, in case you have different skillset you strike a jack os as well. Anuj

I have filed EOI applied for NSW SS with 60+5 point on 21st Nov with english as competent.I have also claimed 10 point as I am working in Sydney for last 3 year.Any idea when can I expect the EOI to be approved.

@ ram, congo on the invite brother !!! now that the CO has contacted you for medcials, kindly submit ur medicals and then wait. because when the CO grants the PR is completely upto the CO. Hope this helps !! and apologize for the late reply. I don't log in here that often.

@seema, what is ur job code? also, why havent you applied for 189? i strongly recommend, you shud apply for 189 also. also , as per ur job code, u shud check out the cut off. but never the less, pls apply for 189 ASAP ! all the best !

Hi All, My wife has applied for Skilled Nominated (190) Visa for Victoria on 14th Sep 2016 and received an email on 3rd Oct 2016 stating to mail them my complete resume with SS-2016-03988. I mailed them my resume on Oct 7th and received response on the same day with an email stating my reference number and the process may take upto 12 weeks. Looking for an outcome. When can we expect the outcome any idea?

Hi Team, I have a few quick questions: (1) Is Queensland open for EOI from IT professionals, Best up to my memory the stopped in some time towards end of October 2016. (2) Is VIC open for EOI from IT professionals, this state also decided to put EOI's from IT professional towards end of Nov 2016. I have submitted EOI for NSW with 65 points under ICT support Engineer, this will change to 70 points by Aug 2017 as my work experience will increase. Can someone please guide on the likelyhood of getting an invitation?

Hi Guys, I have logged my 190 on 23th April 2016, no CO contacted for any additiona documents, after 375 days of logging my application, I have received a call on 3rd May 2017 from Australia High Commission Delhi (India), the Officer asked few details on the documents I have submitted and my Roles and responsibility. The call went well and I was asked to submit provide and Fund statement showing from the time I joined my company which I dint have handy and was not available on the website. I have submitted a screenshot of the website which showed my Company name and the date of joining Company and provide and Fund. The Office called and acknowledge that he receive the email and will suffice the need. Is there something concerning with my application that I have received a call, or is a routine check by DIBP. When can I expect a outcome of the my application since I have received a call. Today its 410 days since i logged my Application, can someone help me understand my case, Status on IMMI Acctoun still shows "Received". By when i can expect a grant. Thanks Albert Joseph
