Do we need to call DIBP on 131881 from Australia or can we call them from India?
Phone +91 11 4139 9900 Australian High Commission delhi.
Hii Mamshaduddin. U gave no of Australian High Commission delhi. What information can we get by calling in this no. And wen to call
Hi Priyanka, I called Delhi high commission. They said to call the other number 02267866006. They are not giving any information. They told to check the status online.
Hi Priyanka. To be honest, I'm not really optimistic on the outcome of any calls to au high commission Delhi or here in Sydney. But in ur case it's been close to a year. I would suggest that u ring the number and request them for a heads up on ur application. They have a standard set of reply. However, based on how u convince them, there could be a satisfactory answer. Do update us after u buzz them... Good luck :)
Best time to ring them, morning hours... Cheers
Australian high commission delhi will be in Delhi ryt. I know ques sound stupid but jus for confirmation .
Is there any email id where we can write??
To add on my question i dont have yet CO assigned and its been 100 days
Congrats to those who got grants. But it's really heart breaking. We are waiting since almost 350 days and no luck yet.

Its very disheartening.... waiting for such a long time...but i notice many adelaide teams only get grants... brisbane team is taking ages.. dont know whats happening... we are only 6 months.. thinking about those who are waiting for more than that must be very disappointed... looks like we have to wait more than that as well...
Hey Guys- an update got visa granted in the morning, we called DIBP early morning and wrote an email yesterday :)....all the best to everyone...
Hi DV, congradulations on your grant. What a relief for you. Can l know the number you called and what was their response when you called. Thank you
Hi Ana - thanks, we called from Australia only as my Brother in law is there...131881 and it was little waiting but then the agent was helpful, but he recommended sending email than calling which i had already done yesterday. The problem in my case was there was no CO allocated atleast i couldnt see one but as per the agent he said the CO was allocated in September only...so ya i guess emailing and calling helped in my case.
Thanks DV, l will try to email them today. Fingers crossed
Hi DV, on which email address you contacted? Could you please provide the same
Hi Vijay - gsm.allocated@border.gov.au.....try this...all the best!
Hi DV. We applied thru an agent. Can we directly mail on this I.d. Or will have to inform the agent. I don't know whether gsm Brisbane is any more functional.. no grants from them
Hi Priyanka - in your case did CO contact you? if yes then you can send communication on that email and it can be either the email i have shared or the brisbane one, depends where your case officer is...having said so; yes primary applicant can also email directly giving all the details like your file no. etc. We also had a consultant and he was not willing to follow up so we wrote directly. All the best!
BTW to add on appended i CO was from Brisbane :) and couple of more people i know from my skill there CO's were also from Brisbane and did not take more 3-5 months...
