FSWO, single applicant, AOR oct3rd. ADR to clarify my address history on oct17th. I submitted Schedule A on Oct 18th. Medical not passed yet. BG in In Progress. What stage is this? Is it Normal to receive ADR before MEP? For how long my application will be delayed?

You have just recently filed you application, your processing is absolutely normal, the fact that you got ADR quickly is actually better.
Medical can take anything from 5 days to 5 months, but current trend is about 15-25 days on average.
