When will the VISA be granted for 189, Point 70?

Even before lodging my application, my CO contacted me for three documents on 11th Nov i.e. Police clearance, payslips and medical which I provided on 18th Nov. I have 70 points. till when can I expect my visa to be granted for SC 189?
