Has she been here for 6 months collectively? she will need one if she has been in australia for 6 months or more and not just this visit but if all her visits in australia in the last 10 years add to 6 months she will need one. otherwise no.

My boyfriend is Australian and it was easier for me to get a skilled visa than it was for him to come to America and we thought it would be a better, safer environment to raise a family. Other things considered were weather and he was less flexible than I was. Weâve been together 5 years but never lived together so we couldnât do partner and this was the best route for our situation.

Hi, what did the CO ask you regarding your international travels? I believe one needs to update Form 80 with all the travel details at the time of lodgement. After that, it shouldnât be required, otherwise people like me have to update them every month, which doesnât make sense.

Asked me to write my entry and exit date plus purpose of travel because I had accidently missed a few a few trips when filling out form 80 (new passport, and extensive travel). Anyway filled a new form 80 with all details I had missed plus the other form ⊠notifiy of incorrect answers⊠but this was back in JULY 2019. havent heard anything since and I have only traveled oversease once since lodgement.
have anyone seen any insights / news / analysis regarding the newly issues visas? do we know how many have been issued so far, and how they are going to process the rest of files?

Guys, How do you know your CO team location? is it synonymous with where you live?
coderus1, same here. My form 80 was the only document i mentioned my patronymic name, except for some of the Russian documents, such as degree and birth certificates etc that would already have it
thanks! My NAATI translator left out my patronymic from all translations, except birth cert (not sure why)
So the travels after post lodgement not required to mention right? No need to do a police check either?
For my scenerio i mostly travel on tourist visa for few weeks and as per my consultancy its not required to be mentioned post lodgement abroad travel. But please check with your agentâŠ

Got a quick question. I was invited on 11 March, applied on 21 March, all docs uploaded. On 21 Jun, I got married and during Mid July added my wife to the application. My wifeâs Medical is done. And biometric as well, as we applied for her Visitor Visa and added the biometric receipt to 189 application, as well. Now she has studied MBBS for five years in English. Submitted those documents for functional English. She has taken IELTS too. Have uploaded the result score card. But not sure that if Iâve to send the result from IDP to Immi Dept. likewise PTE. Or just uploading the scorecard alone is enough? Thanks in advance for assistance.
Congradulations Vibushan_Vibush on your direct grant. My case is almost similar to yours, with 75points and I got invited in the same round but I applied sooner on 26 Feb. How come you have granted March sooner? So far I have had no CO Contact.
Can you please help me and other with the documents you uploaded? did you also upload 1221 and 1399 forms for yourself and your partner? how many work experience points did you claim? I saw a case on Expatforum where the applicant who lodged more than a year back got a CO contact to redo Medicals and PCC since the same were expired!
