Does anybody has done any analysis on how the visa applications are picked up by the CO. If CO contacts any applicant then after the applicant response does it go back to the another queue of CO contacted list ? Even though how come the latest CO contact applicant get the grant, when still the previous CO contact applicants are pending. PS: I am not jealous of some one getting grant early, just wondering how they prioritize the application.

Submitted 189 on 22nd feb 2019 ( Off-Shore ) 1st CO contact on 4th july regarding over seas police check. Since then it’s in further assessment. Whats the status guys.
Hi all…if immiaccount shows that form 80 required …does it mean that the same is required by CO… as I uploaded the required docs when I noticed it in my immiaccount, the uploading ws done on 18 sept My lodgement date is 10 april and the status is received since the day 1. Any valuable suggestions about it. Thanks in advance
Submitted app since jan 10th 2019. After 2nd contact for police check in July… no communication till now… 11th month is ending!

@Imran_Sh My date of submission is as same as yours. Jan10. Co contact for PCC, Medical by April. and added my infant by May, CO contact for baby’s medical by June. After that no updates.
Hi karthik i also applied in oct18 first co contact was made in jan 31 for spouse name change affidavit which was supplied on1st feb then added our baby on file in april then co contacted for medical in june which was supplied on 26th june after that no update! Don’t know what’s going on! Try to contact diac but same reply that usually they send every one still in process etc.
I think nobody else would have faced such a long and frustrating experience like ours…all of us have been waiting for loooooong duration and no update…we hardly know what is happening…I applied on Feb 17th…co contacted for tax statements on June 18th… submitted the same on June 19th…after that no update…it’s been nearly 10 months…I guess it is not going to happen in 2019☹️

It’s ridiculous when people who lodged 190 in October 28 and 27 getting grants when the site shows processing time as 9-10 months. Don’t know what’s happening with 189 applications for which the current timeline is 12-20 months😑. Even 485 TR visa is slower than 190 visa nowadays.

It is even more frustrating when you have completed 256 days and there is still no CO contact. The status of you application remains “RECEIVED”.

try reaching 272 days without any co contact and status still on recieved soooo frustrating theres even longer then us!

Agree. The last 12 grants in 190 took between 39 and 48 days from applying to granting. Since last Friday, The proportion of 2019 applicants in 190 went from 50% to 52% granted. i.e. more people are being processed than who are entering the stream.

I don’t want to keep on waiting for this… i am thinking of applying for bvb to go overseas for a few months just to recharge myself but not sure whether that will have an impact on my visa processing or not… any ideas?
