If there is a delay, you need to attach a letter to your Immi account with reasons for the delay. In that letter, you can even add screenshots of the appointment details.

Just wait for co now. It is a part of character assessment. Don’t worry most of the people do not submit it beforehand. But I have also seen few recent grants related to medical occupations where they did not asked for form 80. As you know their immigration policy is discriminative.
