Bro you canāt guess what they will do or not. What I realise they are senseless they donāt care any thing. As per the media reports and PMās statement I think they are only concerned about number of hospitalisation instead of number of daily positive cases. Currently the hospitalisation rate is nearly 1% of the active cases which is very low.
As far as the borders are open we will get our grants within this financial year. My 2 cents

One thing i noticed that this news is provided by a chinese reporter due to that he is only talking about chinese applicants. I think we should also approach our Indian reporters who are already working in abc, 7 news or sky news etc
If everyone will send them then they can consider it for publication provided we support our stories with data.
