By the way, I never get how those processing time really worksā¦for instance if it reads ā17~30 monthsā like the latest one, most agents tend to interpret it by saying that 75% would expect to get results in 17monthsā¦and 90% in 30 months at mostā¦so confusing lol
Global processing timelines are illogical. Not sure why they update them in the first place.
The published processing times are misleading, especially when the process is halted. My best guess is they measure it this way - They are the processing times for āall applications processed in the given periodā For e.g. in a queue of 100 people, if they process only 10 applications, the processing time is calculated for the 7th and 9th in THOSE 10 applications, regardless of how many are standing behind those 10.
The processing time is calculated on the basis of average age of the processed applications(Granted or Refused) in the previous month. It could even be 10 applications per month and it does not depend on the pending queue. Once they start processing 189 applications the processing time will shoot further up because most of the applicationsā average age is greater than 24 months and some are waiting for over 30 months.

Once they start the grants everyone will get it. Let it be 12 months old application or 36 months old application. Itās all due to their foolish covid policy.

I believe we should not go by media. We should do our own research as most the media thrives on negative news. As far as I know covid patients with cancer/aids/diabetes are more vulnerable to death even after vaccination because of very weak immune system.

I dont think that after grant we are required to undergo any medical or police check.

No problem. If they are older than 12 months then yes they will ask you to redo them. You can redo police check on your own and upload to your application but for medical you have to wait for co to reassign you the hapid. These things will be required before grant.
Hello @H.Singhkamboj I got response from Minister alex hawke regarding processing of 189 and 190 offshore applications. They gave the same response which they usually give on their feedback form.

I already know this information.I know they are providing the same information on letter but the thing is that we have to continuously bring this matter in front of their table for their consideration one by one. Therefore I told you the same day that we have to request all the person in touch with us to email the immigration so that department took this seriously. So, I again request you that share the email address of the department with everyone to send them a humble request to process our visas.

One more thing look at the last paragraph of letter in which they told that they check that you have previously contacted the department regarding the same concern through the feed back form naturally. This pointed out that minister has already gone through this matter. So, this is a positive sign. It could be possible that they directed the staff to process the application.
