Visa Grant Delay 189

since you as a primary applicant is not physically present in Australia so you are considered offshore.

I am not sure about your specific condition (as you still possess a house in Australia). But, as per my understanding, there is a question in the application form that asks about ā€˜Usual Country of Residence’ and you don’t have an Australian visa or residing in Australia. Australian address could be your postal address (if someone can receive correspondence on this), but can this be your residential address or not, I am not sure. Maybe ask some registered agent whether you should change this address or not. My 2 cents

NZ applications

Thank you so much for ur suggestion. Will do the same. Let’s see how it goes. Such a bad luck of losing passport at a really bad time. :frowning:

Alright. Thank you for ur suggestion

Hello y’all,

Been lurking for a long time, and I am excited to share that I got my grant on the 17th. I didn’t share my news caused by for some reason there’s a delay on issuing my grant letter, which was only being sent to us yesterday.

Lodged 25/7/2019. Analyst programmer.

Wish you all the best and your grant soon. Been a long journey, but at least there’s some hope for the 2018/19 folks!
