Cachito - I have not been following this forum for quite some time. If I may ask, any update on your application/grant ? And I believe you are also offshore ? I lodged in Apr 2019 from offshore, and I think you applied around same time.

Got my 189 grant today. I have updated the case. I hope all of you who are waiting get your grant soon.

Hi Gurminder, No, I am offshore. I could see there is a case where he has applied after me on the same specialty and offshore but his visa is got granted very quickly. So i am bit confused why it is getting delayed for me.

I’m onshore my partner is overseas. So, I’m in between :rofl:

No, I haven’t received any grant as yet.

I got CO contact requesting police clearance and medicals, but it’s taking some time to provide these as processing for everything is delayed due covid 19.

I noticed many have been contacted, so didn’t think it was an important update from me.

I will keep you posted.

My EOI is expiring on July with 90 points for industrial engineering visa 189. Should I lodge new EOI already? Given the new federal budget, what are my chances of getting invite offshore?
