Visa Grant Delay 189
Yes i have uploaded PCC before they ask me. Only AU one, not Indiaās
They are still not picking applications older than 20 months⦠Not sure when our turn is going to come.

This message to helping others or if anyone wanna give any suggestion on it. SPECIALLY AFP.
hello everyoneā¦i need your valuable opinion. i have applied for 189 visa on 19 march 20 offshoreā¦CO contacted me on 11 feb 2021 for employment evidence details like payslips, contract, bank statement, tax returns and superannuation statement. I dont have full statement of superannuation. my work experience is from 2013- 2018. I only have one year statement with me. My previous employer is not giving me the superannuation statement⦠will this create any problem? what should i do now? please share your experience if anyone has confronted this situation.TIA
Iām South African, so my situation may be very different from yours, but I submitted my tax documentation. i.e. South African Revenue Services have a tax form (IRP5) that gets issued annually and shows your salary, tax deductibles, etc. It is a good summary of earnings, including who your employee was.
Good luck with the contact Which location are you from and wats your job code if you donāt mind me asking?
The documents that the CO asked are quite natural Please provide as much docs as you can The more the better Atleast ask your employer an email stating that they canāt provide it Once you get the email, attach it and send it to CO
All the best
Hi Swashah. I think you may just be right. This sudden spurt of Grants was a big surprise after the doldrums we were in. Also, the grants being given show that they are focusing on the low-hanging fruit, i.e. those applications that submissions had not yet expired (PCC, medical, etc.).
Further, if Immitracker represents a good sample size, then things are looking up for us since they finalised 12.2% of all outstanding cases (i.e. 14 grants out of the 115 outstanding cases) in just one week.
Thank you for your suggestions. i am from Indiaā¦my Job code is 254499 Registered Nurse. I have my tax returns and 16 number forms ( issued by employer). But i am very worried if Co will ask me full detail of super. I have overseas work experience. In India, its very difficult to get any document from previous job. They refused to give me this statement. But in 16 number form everything is mentioned about my salary, super and any other deductions.
Was this your first PCC and medicals or 2nd CO for the same? I had to do it twice as part of CO contact and once along with the application. So in total 3 medical checkups and 3 PCC.
I lodged on July 2019 as Accountant, and havenāt got any updates from the CO. Is that normal? Why they starts granting for the 20s but ignore the 19s??
There is no logic nor any process to the way they grant the applications (From what i have observed in last 2 years). I had to do PCC and Medicals thrice whereas many received grant with expired docs as well.
Have you got the request from your CO? I even havenāt been contacted once by my CO yet. Thatās ridiculous
You may wish to call the department since you fall out of the advertised processing time (6-17 months). It may not be of much help, but there is no harm in taking the chances. They may give you some information!
Thank you, I tried. Always because of COVIDā¦
I did my PCC last in early 2019 and then 1st CO contact was for wifeās medicals (she was added later) and thats it, this time they asked for my medicals and PCC.
this is such an excuse, in fact, covid should have accelerated the processing since many visa applications (e.g., students) have significantly reduced, but they are using it as an excuse for the delay!
Really frustrated. Why they are not doing things in a certain timeline or logic, its like buying lottery
same here. havnt been contacted by co since 19 months of lodgement.
OMG, I hope they could realise they have some CASES back to 2019 not only the 20s need to be processed
