Medical s cannot be done untill HAPID is generated, CO can only generate HAPID not in your control, get your medical s done and wait. Be happy they picked your case and itās in progress

My PCC is expiring on Feb 12. March 23rd lodgement. I donāt expect the grant to come by that date. Seems like I have to do my PCC again and itās gonna be time consuming. So much price to pay for DHAās ineptness. Didnāt really expect this from a country like Australia. Lazy bums.
A suggestion, before it expires, just apply for new one and take appointment at PSK, there might not be police verification and you will be able to save timeā¦just tell the officer as well and request that it was done recently from same PSK so if they are convinced they may give you then and thereā¦
I did that. However police verification is required. I submitted my application for PCC. The sign off is pending from the local police station post which I need to collect the PCC from passport seva kendra. How do get the local police station to expedite the sign off process ?

I lodged a feedback on 26th dec 2019 for which i got the generic response within 7 days, but now i lodged complaint again on 24th Jan 2020 but no response received, and yeah last time on acknowledgement email they mentioned that they try to revert in 15 working days, but this time it was not mentioned and they replied saying that they can see i raised a feedback earlier as well and now i should wait while they look into my current feedbackā¦hope just positive news comes on the feedbackā¦

It is so annoying to see that people who have lodged their visa in Aug 2019 are getting their pr and people who applied way back in March are awaiting their pr. They have already taken way more time than required and now they are not following any sequence. This is absolute bullshit.

We got CO contact today, lodge date Aug 2019. Theyāre asking for PCC from US but cumulative stay is 11 months (12 months @ 1 Mar 2020). FBI PCC can take 14-16 weeks. Anyone know of another option to get a faster turn around?
you can get the fbi rap sheet in less than a week if you request it online. i ordered mine from Nepal. here is the link : https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks
make sure you follow the fingerprint instructions thoroughly though. I sent my fingerprints to my friend in the US and and he sent it out to the FBI address , because as far as i remember they do not receive mails from UPS/DHL or fed ex so you have to have some one in the US to mail your fingerprints.rest you can do it online just click on identity history on that link i provided and follow the instructions.

yea , shouldnāt matter. when you are mailing out the fingerprints , just attach a separate note mentioning your reason for the request. do you have a social security number as well?

so yea that should do it. first fill out the application and make the payment. once you get the confirmation email send that and your fingerprint to your friendās/familyās address in the US and have them mail it to the fbi address . once the fbi gets your package, you should have your result e-mailed to you in 3-4 days .
