Victoria state sponsorship invitation for mechanical engineer

I have applied for SS for Victoria on 1/9/2017. ANZSCO-233512 mechanical engineer and received acknowledgement on 4/9/2017. Then they asked to provide more info from me which I have provided on 11/9/2017 and received an acknowledgement as well where they have state it will take 12 weeks to process. My query is will they count this 12 weeks from the day they finally acknowledgement. Also, how many invitation Victoria has issued for mechanical engineers so far.

Hey Rezwana,

I applied for Vic SS on 7/10/2017, an they also asked for additional information which I provided to them the next day and then they sent me an acknowledgment email. I then called them and they confirmed that my application was submitted on the 7th so I think they consider the original date of the application.

By the way would you like us to communicate on whatsapp or something else it might be faster I can update you if I get a response, and you can do the same.
