Vetassess skills assessment to my PR visa application

Hi all,

New to the site. I am currently applying for my 186 DE PR visa through employment sponsorship. I was recently awarded a positive skills test for education and 9 years relevant employment by Vetassess. When adding this to the visa, do I scan in the outcome letter to the attachments on the IMMI site and the DIBP review this as well as all my other supporting documentation? or do I supply the application number and they access the application? I was told by a colleague that I should provide the outcome letter and, thats what the DIBP review and require, is this correct?

Thanks
