Hi All, Just a question regarding PCC from Uruguay. Were anyone able to obtain Canada PR without PCC from Uruguay ? I am also in the same situation, i cannot get PCC from Uruguay without Cedula, now i have to submit my PR application , could you please share your expertise on this?
