Type of upfront medical exam for express entry

Folks,I obtained upfront medical exam for express entry recently and need to double-check the bellow points please.

It is mentioned:

IME: Non EDE

Upfront Medical Type: Worker

Is this correct and same as yours, I am wondering type as worker is for Work permit and not PR.

Can you please look at your” approved medical” and confirm this point for me please.

Hi G, my emedical report says the same. I asked the lady at the doctors office and she said that there are only 3 options: Worker, Student and Tourist. I guess it`s ok then.

thanks for clarification, one more thing, is this UCI number on medical related to specific EE profile number, as I have new EE profile number now as my previous EE got cancelled,
