Time to grant after newborn baby coming

Hello, my case postponed cause of my wife pregnancy as no X-Ray can be done (everything else completed)then i sent the NB baby passport and birth certificate, very fast response within one week i got letter requesting my wife X-ray and medical for NB baby in 07-02-2017 then i submit all document required next day 08-02-2017, my question is about any similar cases and how long they wait to get a grant?

it will usually take 4-12 weeks to get your case processed.

my medical and PCCs will be expired in 07-06-2017, if they grant after 3 months i will not have sufficient time to relocate or document will be expired, what i can do?

they may request you medical to be re-done, however, based on the facts you have described they will most likely issue grant before medical expiration and set IED within next 6 months.
