Time after EOI submission

I have recently filed my EOI and have scored 60 on SS score card including NSW nomination 5 points. How long, on an average, does it take for any application to be picked up by NSW to apply for a PR?

you dont have a case on the tracker, and users do not know your anzsco. The invite time strongly depends on aznsco.

Hi, My AZNSCO code is 233914 and submitted my EOI on 03/02/2017 and have scored a total of 65 points. I am still waiting for an invite for 189 visa. However, the cap ceiling limit for my occupation has reached and I suppose no more invites for my profession would be issued until July when a fresh quota would be given. This landed up in confusion whether i should proceed state nomination or not. As far as i know, immigration quotas for states are not separate. Advise needed.
