Supplementary Information Request Form
I am applying for CIC express entry Canada. I have passed the Medical Exam, and today I received a message asking to send my CV/Resume and fill a "Supplementary Information Request Form". This form is asking for my education background, supervisor, source of funding, etc.
Does anyone have the same experience?
