Submitting express entry application with USA PCC request proof only

I have applied for Express Entry PR in April 2017 with old Feb 2015 USA FBI PCC and proof of recently submitted FBI PCC request after ITA. So will CIC ask for recent PCC before making decision on my case or will they refuse it? Thanks!
