Hi Everyone, I have a question here , My wife and myself have applied for Subclass 189 visa and its been a month with no reply from the case officer, we have submitted all docs . My wife is the main applicant and i’m the depended applicant. I’m currently employed in singapore and my company wants to transfer me to the office in Sydney , they can apply for company sponsor visa.
Question is since i’m waiting for subclass 189 visa , can my company apply for the employer sponsored visa ? will that have any effect on my subclass 189 visa? does the 189 visa have any condition? Thank you for your reply
