States selection while submitting 190 EOI

I would like to know whether we should select all states(ANY) or only NSW while submitting 190 EOI. I have 60 points for 189 EOI and 65 for 190 and I have selected ANY option for 190 EOI. My PTE scores are L:81, W:80, R:68, S:67 with 3+ yrs of exp, Please guide me, Should i update the EOI to specific state or will i get an invite with ANY option as well.

If you want to be invited by NSW then you have to select NSW. For some states you can apply directly.
