For ViC you have to do it from VIC website

Dear, firstly you need to submit EOI from Skillselect and select preferred state Victoria..and note down EOI number Secondly, you need to submit an application from LiveInVictoria website, and you need to provide EOI here. Finally, you can find list of documents mentioned on LiveInVictoria website (resume, assessment copy, english score test report, declaration, etc) Regards, Rakesh.

what do you mean? You need to create EOI but also apply via Victoria web-site.

Can I apply for multiple states in 190. What if I put Any while selecting states in eoi. What should I do if I have to apply for 190 eoi for 3 different states under 261313 category with 65.
