State nomination for civil engineers

I have 60 points without state sponsor and my profession is civil engineer 233211. Which state should i prefer for early nomination? Queensland is still giving nominations to civil engineers or no?

It is hard with such a score. Try to improve it.

Hi, I have nomination from state and planning to apply for visa but my question is that If nominated occupation is removed from the list then also can i apply for visa or no???
