Please let me know whether I can apply for South Australia 190 visa with total 75(70+5) points for ANZSCO 261313. I need to pay for nomination but not sure if it will be accepted or rejected since my code is highlighted in red in the skilled nominations list and it says additional criteria required which I do not understand. Please help me out whether I have to apply for 190 visa or 489 visa.
