Currently I have a CRS of 457 and I have already received Provincial Interest letter from Government of Ontario on July 12. My EE profile is valid until Nov,2020 and my points will drop in Oct when I turn a year older. In this scenario, should I submit application for OINP PNP or wait for ITA with CRS 457? Please suggest.
